  • For dedicated servers 50% of the first annual fee is payable with order and the remaining 50% on commissioning
  • All hardware and software remains the sole property of Aqua Technologies Limited except for any hardware or software supplied by the client under the 'Colocated Hosting' solution or any software installed by the client under the 'Dedicated Server' solution
  • All email services, except where otherwise agreed, are subject to a maximum data transfer of 2.5 GB/month and a maximum disk storage of 100MB at any one time.  Domain mail relay is subject to a maximum data transfer of 500MB per month
  • Backups are not provided as part of the standard service an may be quoted for seperately
  • Support on all shared hosting, email services, domains and packaged services is provided on an electronic basis only via support@aqnet.co.uk or our support site
  • All services are subject to regular reviews of use of resources (disk space, bandwidth, etc)
